Not quite time to get back to work, thankfully, as after the Christmas break it's Hogmanay time here in Scotland. This time last year I was flying off to Vancouver for a major NYE expedition, but this time it's a bit closer to home. St Abbs is a tiny fishing village on the east coast of Scotland, almost within a stone's throw of the English border at Berwick. I'll be there for the next few days seeing if there's anything to do,, (i.e. sheltering from the rain). Happy New Year to all DUaB readers, and I'll be blogging about the trip when I get back.
